Shoshana Bella Billik completed her MA degree in 2007 in Russian, Eastern European, and Central Asian Studies at the University of Washington in Seattle. She is continuing to pursue her interest in this region by working as a Program and Information Technology Officer for NCEEER (National Council for Eurasian and East European Research), a non-profit organization that promotes academic research on the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.
